Now, managing your employees or policyholders’ healthcare is made easier with Alliance’s mobile app.

With Alliance iCare, your employees or policyholders can:

Clinic Locator in Singapore – Search for the nearest panel clinic through the Google map in the app and get directions to the location. With the clinic locator, you can also view clinics’ operating hours and contact numbers, and call any clinic without exiting the app.

View e-card – View and manage their e-card through an easy and intuitive interface.

View medical benefits – View their benefit entitlements and balance easily and check whether co-payment is required for any of the GP or Specialist visits.

Claims – Submit medical claims simply by uploading receipts using their smartphone camera. With our Smart Auto-fill functions, selected fields such as clinic name and diagnosis are auto-filled for their convenience.

Specialist Appointment – Make bookings with our panel of specialists and be updated on the booking status via SMS notification.

Letter of Guarantee – Request for Letter of Guarantee and upload Care Cost Form/Financial Counselling Form using their smartphone, and be updated on the status via SMS notification.
